The sessions are for Parents who wish to capture the moment in time with elegant images in simple and natural style.
It is all about your baby reaching this milestone with natural moments of play in the process that is bespoke to your little one.
From a tiny newborn, to sitting up & starting to say their first words - YOU experience every stage with them.
For this simple reason I have created the Family Birthday Session that is inclusive of all family members (parents and siblings) with portraits of you with your little one, leaving no one behind.
I will also cater to those Parents who prefer a Baby only option for their First Birthday Session or Cake Smash session.
All options are available for booking to suit your liking.
All sessions include images of your baby at play (toys, blankets, snacks, bubbles as an example), closeups and details (like bare feet, hands, eyes etc).
Sessions are enhanced with simple additions such as balloons, crowns etc.
Cake Smash Sessions are usually done around 10 Months - 14 Months of baby’s age. Best to lock in your session around 8th month to secure desired availability. Cake smash sessions are available for bookings for babies in Melbourne and North Melbourne!
Birthday sessions are very popular with any subsequent birthdays, from one year olds to teens! birthday sessions are available to ALL AGES and they are also easily adaptable.

First birthday sessions are usually booked between 11-13 month mark - Booking around that time will represent the true time of baby’s milestone.

You can now choose to be photographed with your baby by choosing a parent ‘add-on’ option

I will try my best to accomodate your request If you wish for a session to take place over the weekend. These are subject to availability and a fee of $100 (to cover a nanny to look after my children during the shoot)

If you choose Cake Smash session, cake must be sourced & supplied by client due to allergies. Feel free to have this done for your session by a pro or just do it yourself. We will work together on a simple colour theme during the planning for your session You can also bring a handsome cupcake to finish the session off with a mini smash celebration, if you are not keen on filly blow cake smash - all optional.

I have a beautiful purpose built home studio in South Morang (Melbourne North) where most of the sessions take place.
First birthday photoshoot goes for approximately 60 mins -
I can only take limited number of clients per month and it is always best to book early If you are planning for this milestone session.
I normally suggest for clients to contact me around 8th month mark to ensure space for your baby’s session at the age of 11-13 months.

I take all the precautions to limit any risk of spreading infections, especially that many of my clients are newborn babies arriving to studio at just few days old. Please notify me as soon as there is a suspicion that your baby might feel unwell. If your baby presents as unwell on the day of the shoot, we will need to reschedule. This includes coughing and/or sneezing.
We will reschedule your session for a new session spot at a later stage or as close to the original date as possible!

Photography gives us the chance to capture those perfect fleeting moments to treasure forever.
These images should be displayed in your home as a wonderful reminder of how small they once were, but planning, printing and organising photos is a challenge, especially with little feet running around.
